Clinical Social Work - Therapist

Counseling Individuals, Couples, and Families Since 2001.

Making the decision to pursue therapy for personal issues can be difficult, but once you enter the process my goal is to help you experience relief. For the past 27 years, my primary focus has been working with adolescents and adults assisting them in processing trauma, understanding and managing anxiety, depression, relationships.   Areas of focus in relationships include, communication challenges, marital conflict, infidelity and codependency. Also, late adolescence into emerging adulthood, as individuals begin their journey toward achieving independence, defining a personal sense of adult identity, and meeting the demands and challenges of adult roles and responsibilities.

Engaging in a personal therapeutic process can have lifelong benefits, including, effectively treating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships, parenting, self esteem and maladaptive thoughts, feelings, behaviors.
